Today was exciting...I bid on a custom necklace through
Etsy's Alchemy, and was accepted! Can't wait to start - but of course, I will HAVE to wait. The buyer wants a specific bead (ordered it from a fellow
Etsian today), and I would be crazy to buy the coordinating pieces without having those focals as a reference.
I've done custom pieces in the past, and they are always tons of fun - from shopping for components to finally boxing them up. I think the creation process would make for a neat blog series as well. (Maybe one long post) Just have to remember to take pictures as I go!
